The evening reminder

Every evening, the guests who have not ordered for tomorrow get a message. It arrives in their own language. It never goes out toward a morning you have closed or already filled. And an order that came from a reminder is marked as one, so you can see what it earned you: on Monday morning in your weekly email, and again in your season report.

A paper list at reception cannot do this. It is the part that pays for Panolo.

You order exactly what is sold. Nothing is left over at the end of the morning.
Anyone at the desk can run it. One list, one row per pitch, and no training.

How it works

  1. Hang up the poster. Print the QR poster from your launch kit.
  2. Guests order whenever they like. They scan it and order on their phone in about twenty seconds, in their own language.
  3. Guests get a reminder. Two hours before the cutoff, in their own language.
  4. Your baker gets the list. Automatically, by email, if you want it.
  5. You hand out in the morning. One list, one row per pitch, on screen or printed.

Switch on what you need

Panolo works out of the box. These are there when you want them.

Online payment. Guests settle their whole stay in one payment with iDEAL, card or PayPal. The money goes straight to your own account.
Standing orders. A guest sets it once and gets the same bread every morning of their stay.
A daily maximum. Cap the whole morning, or cap one product, so you never promise more than you want to collect.
Your own products. Add anything your bakery makes, at your own prices.

Pricing

Your price follows your orders. A quiet season costs you less.

Your first 200 orders are free. They last all of your first season.
Orders a seasonPer season
Under 1,000A small site, around 45 pitches €99
1,000 to 4,000Roughly 45 to 180 pitches €249
4,000 to 12,000A large holiday park €449

Every site starts the same way: 200 free orders and nothing to pay up front. After that the season is €99 and moves up with you if you grow past a band. If you would rather have one invoice, pick your band up front instead.

One extra croissant per pitch per week already covers the whole season.

Prices exclude VAT. Billed per season. If you pass into a higher band during the season, you pay only the difference.

Common questions

How do guests order?
They scan the poster with their phone camera and order straight away in the browser. Guests who want the evening reminder can install the free Panolo app in one tap. Either way they pick their own language when they join, out of seven.
How do guests pay?
In cash when they collect, or online for their whole stay in one payment with iDEAL, card or PayPal. The money goes straight to your own account. Panolo is never in the middle of it.
What if a guest does not collect the bread?
You still get paid for it. Guests agree to this when they order. It appears as its own line in your season report.
Can my bakery receive the order directly?
Yes, and it happens on its own. Thirty minutes after the cutoff your baker gets an email with the totals they need for the oven. Reception keeps the version with a row for every pitch.
Can reception still add an order after the cutoff?
Yes. Guests order until the cutoff. After that you can still add an order yourself, for as long as your baker accepts it.
What do I need to get started?
A printer for the poster, and a phone or computer at reception. Guests pay online themselves or in cash, so you can start with the setup you already have.
How long does setup take?
About ten minutes. Add your products, set the cutoff time, and print the poster. You can change any of it later.
Can I start halfway through the season?
Yes. Your first 200 orders are free whenever you start. After that it is €99 for the rest of that season, and your price only moves up if you pass 1,000 orders before the season ends.
What if I pass 1,000 orders?
Your price moves up with you, in the same season. Going from €99 to €249 costs you the €150 difference, not €249 again. You always end a season on the band your own orders reached.
Can I choose a bigger band from the start?
Yes. If you already know roughly how busy your season will be, pick that band and pay it once, with nothing moving up on you later. It comes to the same amount either way, so choose whichever suits your bookkeeping.
Is there anything on top of the season price?
Only on online payments, which carry 1.5%. That is what the bank charges us and we pass it on at cost. Cash payments are free.
What happens if I stop after a season?
Your guests keep everything they have already ordered. Your list and their screens keep working until the end of their stay. Nobody is left waiting at reception.
